At Production Attic, we pride ourselves on capturing the heart and soul of every project, and our latest collaboration under our Disk Two brand is no exception.
We’re thrilled to share the first glimpse of what’s to come from our recent work with Maverick Games on an exhilarating team-building road trip, the MAV1K. This unforgettable journey saw Maverick’s talented crew drive 1,000 miles from their studio in Warwick to the sun-soaked shores of the south of France, and we were right there with them—documenting every step of the way.

Inspired by the energetic and competitive nature of a Top Gear road trip, the MAV1K wasn’t just about the miles—it was about the camaraderie, creativity, and adventure that unfolded over the course of this epic journey. To capture the excitement and spirit of the event, we sent a dedicated three-person crew to accompany Maverick Games. Equipped with multiple cameras, including a drone and a specialized car mount, we ensured that every twist and turn of the road, every moment of laughter, and every challenge was documented in high-quality cinematic detail.
Our team didn’t just follow along; we were embedded with the Maverick crew, driving and filming across stunning landscapes, from the English motorways to the winding roads of southern France. Whether it was aerial shots from our drone soaring above scenic vistas or intimate in-car moments, we’ve made sure no angle of the adventure was missed.
Today, we’re excited to announce the release of a 1-minute trailer, offering a sneak peek into what will soon be a 10-minute documentary chronicling the MAV1K road trip. The trailer offers just a taste of the action, giving a glimpse into the blend of humor, determination, and team spirit that made this journey so memorable.
The full documentary will take you on a deeper dive into the trip, revealing how the Maverick team pushed the boundaries of their creativity, navigated the unexpected, and came together as a team in ways they never imagined. From spectacular drone shots soaring over mountain roads to the up-close challenges of driving 1,000 miles together, this documentary captures it all.
