We are looking for freelance production managers to work with us on a number of upcoming short projects, both live action and animation.
You will:
- Have extensive experience of coordination and project management
- Take ownership and be the driving force behind your projects
- Be able to follow existing pipelines and processes
- Be able to effectively report progress to clients, supervisors and project teams
- Be proactive to spot and deal with issues in advance
- Be able to effectively manage your time and the time of your team
- Be seeking freelance – We are looking for part time support, contracted per project so this would not suit someone looking for a full time or permanent contract
We are looking for managers who are able to do a lot with a little. Many of our projects will have limited budgets and currently due to COVID safety a lot of our projects require out of the box thinking. For example filming via Zoom where previously we may have been able to send a crew. We work with people who can effectively operate within logistical and budget limitations and see restrictions as a creative challenge rather than a hindrance.
We work with a large and diverse range of clients across many sectors and production styles. Some of which you can see in our 2020 showreel:
Ideally you will have experience of work within the creative industries, specifically live action or animation production although we are happy to hear from project managers in other fields. We are also happy to talk to experienced freelance coordinators who are looking to step up but we do require people who can hit the ground running as they already have experience managing themselves and others to strict briefs.
If this sounds like you please drop us a line at vacancies@productionattic.com with:
- Your CV / Relevant experience, specifically any live action production or animation production experience
- Your day rate
- A note of your upcoming availability
- Some projects may involve time on location – Due to our COVID safe working guidelines all crew must travel in their own vehicle to set so please note too if you have a UK Driving Licence
